• The products to be returned must be like new and in the original product packaging.
• Any product labels must be attached to the product.

How does the return process proceed?

• Send a message about returning the product via the "Contact us" form or to the address kaspalvelu@venturp.fi. This way we get information about your return and you get additional information for the return.
• The refund will be made when the product has been received and we have checked its condition.
• The refund is made according to the payment method used in the order to the same payment instrument (not, for example, by bank transfer).
